this my new prototype C-rotor 3 Blades

aluminium EP:3mm - pvc pipe D:125mm - plywood 18mm -
Dimensions :
Height 150cm
diameter 110cm

at the moment there is not connect with generator

total cost for rotor 100euros
estimated cost for piggot's generator about 250euros

in this video there is wind gusts about 10 to 30 km/h

Your C-Rotor is looking very well.
How did you bended the C-Rotor blades so well ?
Do you have a machine for doing this ?

yes, I have a family member who works in a company assembly mechanic

they used a digital bender and they can bending 2 meters long...
