what are the different ways to bend a blade aluminum c-rotor?



for the next project : a C-rotor H 150cm D 110cm
i use for blades an aluminium sheet thickness 3mm, is quite rigid
and I especially do not have a bender!

hi and welcome Benoh, this 3mm aluminum is very thick material ,is hard to bend without a sheet metal bender ,may you try with a pipe between to wood-beams and you use a screw clamp too
